About Empower Play
Building ConfidenceThrough Cricket
Empower Play uses cricket as a platform to help girls and women build confidence, community, leadership, and opportunity on and off the field.
Our Story
Why Empower Play Exists
Empower Play was created to give girls and women a place to play, belong, and grow through the power of cricket. For many players, sports are more than competition. They are a way to build confidence, develop friendships, discover leadership, and feel part of something bigger.
We believe cricket can open doors. It can bring communities together, create role models, and give young women the space to challenge themselves in a supportive environment.
Empower Play exists to make that opportunity more accessible, more visible, and more meaningful.
Our Mission
To empower girls and women through cricket by creating inclusive programs that build confidence, connection, leadership, and lifelong skills.
Our Vision
A future where every girl and woman has the opportunity to play, lead, compete, and thrive through sport.
Our Promise
We create welcoming spaces where players feel supported, respected, challenged, and inspired to grow.

Why Cricket Matters
Cricket is a global sport with the power to connect people across cultures, generations, and communities. For girls and women, it can be a powerful pathway to confidence, discipline, teamwork, and leadership.
At Empower Play, cricket is not just the game. It is the vehicle for helping players find their voice, build resilience, and experience the strength of community.
More Than a Game
We believe sport can support emotional well-being by giving players a safe place to connect, move, learn, and grow. Through team-based programs, mentorship, and community events, Empower Play helps participants build confidence, reduce isolation, and develop a stronger sense of belonging.
Every practice, match, and event is designed to create more than athletic progress. It creates connection, encouragement, and shared purpose.
